A stunning 9.5m x 4.5m liner pool was transformed into a breathtaking 9m x 4m shotcrete masterpiece, seamlessly integrated within the existing metal panel pool. Every detail of this opulent oasis was thoughtfully curated, from the exquisite Ezarri mosaic tiles that adorned the pool to the state-of-the-art Certikin Coverstar automatic safety cover.

Opulent Pools embarked on a mission to transform an existing metal panel pool with a liner into a luxurious, fully reinforced shotcrete masterpiece. This renovation process ensured the pool’s longevity and introduced a touch of opulence with fully tiled interiors. Here is the exciting journey of this magnificent transformation:
The first step involved removing the existing liner, paving the way for the creation of a pool that would stand the test of time and exude luxury in every detail.
To accommodate the client’s young children, the depth of the pool was raised. This not only enhanced safety but also reduced ongoing costs related to heating and filtration, making the pool both practical and luxurious.
With meticulous precision, trenches were dug for the new suction and return lines, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency for the pool’s new systems.
The heart of the transformation, a reinforced concrete shell, was installed. All pipework was expertly run, setting the stage for a pool that would combine structural integrity with aesthetic beauty.
The surrounding area was enhanced with Type 1 aggregate, compacted using a whacker plate. This step was essential in creating a stable and opulent foundation for the pool’s surroundings.
A new pool room was constructed, and the entire pool was rendered to achieve a flawless, luxurious finish that would serve as a stunning backdrop to the shimmering water.
The tiling phase commenced with the application of exquisite Ezarri swimming pool tiles. Each tile was carefully placed to create a mosaic of luxury and elegance.
